Overview: Midway through Batman Begins in April '05 Hans asked me to put together a few ideas and send them down the wires to a boat moored somewhere in a distant blue sea. The pirate crew were shooting and needed a little inspiration for their cannibals. A year later this material had survived the temp and made it through to the final score. Beyond that I was asked to provide some darkness and atmosphere.
Highlights: You name it, Cannibal Island grooves, half man half squid creatures trying to take a nap while Will Turner searches for the key to Davey Jones's Locker... not to mention the occasional Kraken awakening. This movie has everything and more, a worthy sequel... but where's Captain Jack?
