Overview: I'd hung around in the sinuous corridors of Media Ventures LA with composer Steve Jablonsky whilst working on Spirit. This project was rather more dark and twisted. People would drop by my place in London from time to time, I'd play them a few elements and somehow the response was always nervous laughter. A worthy remake of a classic cult.
Highlights: Top to tail nastiness. I wish I'd seen this one at the theatres, if only to gauge reaction. It was number one at the US box office but didn't hang around long in the UK. I had to make do with the DVD.
